Ever since Lucy took over, she’s made incredible changes to management and is truly the best leader I’ve ever had. Very direct and transparent, no BS, incorporating better training structure and mentorship. So happy to be working for a company with a femal CEO!
I love the team I’m working with and I genuinely enjoy the work I do so I feel lucky and supported to be in the position I am. Great mentors too!
Cons
Could use a little more structure in terms of managers/supervisors and the way teams are led, but since it’s a small company it’s more like typical growing pains.
