      Flexible schedules, good parking, large cubicles

      Cons

      High turnover in accounting department, pay is not fair for workload, HR department doesnt resolve employee issues, management in corporate office are anti-social.

      Pros

      Tightly knit community of workers. Taught me the basics of how a fab shop runs. All around great atmosphere.

      Cons

      When I joined in early November 2021 the company was just starting up its third fabrication shop, so everything was a bit un-organized in the shop, and with management as-well.
