Good pay & benefits. Great non-management workgroup, hard working team in most instances.

...but not for long. Advice to potential EMPLOYEES. It's a crapshoot. I feel like it's my moral and social duty to implore you; DO NOT QUIT A GOOD JOB TO WORK FOR ENGLOBAL. If your unemployed, give it a shot, but be prepared to face future hiring consequences when they fire you after they've sucked the life out of you like the marrow from a bone. They will lure you with good pay and benefits to obtain your services to meet government contractual requirements, and then they will cut you loose. They lie and say they will train you and work with you to learn the new job and industry, but that is a fallacy. You are then jobless and without benefits, and they do not care in the slightest. There is no legal recourse. This has happened to more than one person and constitutes a pattern. They will set you up and try to make you feel like it's your fault, but don't consider that you can compare your work ethic and production to those that are retained. It's a highly political clique and they protect their own for some reason. If they don't lay you off, and you are not part of the chosen few, you will work the most grueling schedule of your life. It's a sweatshop to end all sweatshops. DO NOT BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM.
