Not great company to work at

2wks paid time off up front and 3wks after 1 year.. My time to come and go as u please.. I'm off more than I work.. Great benefits and decent pay.. About $1800 a month starting now I clear 2 gs.. People are cool as hell and as long as u do your job no one will mess with you..you get to be late 30 mins one a pay period.. Kinda dope.. U have to get 8 occurrences before they fire you.. It's hard to get fired if u just do ur job..

The actual job itself of speaking to customers that lack complete common sense can get super frustrating.. The job CSR itself is easy but the people you deal with can make it hard but the company is great
