Do Not Work Here - HR- Recruiter ENS Security Employee Review

This company is unprofessional in every sense. My direct supervisor, who has since been "demoted", and another employee has been added who from my understanding is equally as terrible though I don't know from personal experience. The supervisor I worked under prior to leaving was directly cited as the reason 3 employees in my position left prior to me, and was the main reason I left. After hearing all of these complaints, the company's response was to give my supervisor a large raise, and nothing changed. Then after I left, they hired another supervisor to work with the current one, who as I said, apparently isn't much of an improvement. The employees in the department I worked in during my time there were worked so hard that all of us would end up in tears on a regular basis. That is not okay. The higher ups don't understand the role of the department I worked in and the department is terribly run which breeds an unhealthy work environment full of underpaid and overworked employees. Managers in another department are unqualified and don't do their jobs properly, they are spoon fed by the the department I worked in who already have too much on their plates but are forced to baby this grouping of managers regardless. Those managers the department I worked in as if they are beneath them and my supervisor fostered this dynamic. It is very backwards. They will lowball salary negotiations every single time, don't sell yourself short. This company has no tolerance or understanding for personal issues ranging from covid to family emergencies. It is dehumanizing. They lowball base salaries for sales reps and promise high commissions that are actually unobtainable and then will not hesitate to fire them if they don't hit impossible goals. Most employees in higher up positions are family or friends of those already in power within the company. Nepotism runs strong at ENS, even if you aren't qualified. Employees are largely of Asian descent and non Asian employees are often left feeling isolated at this company, there isn't much practice in place to counteract the cultural differences, it is not a unified workforce, there is no sense of comradery. After I left, citing my supervisor as the main reason along with the general poor work environment, I got word that my supervisor was going around to my coworkers essentially asking them to speak negatively of me to make them look better as I was the fourth person in this role to resign and cite them as the reason. Just one of the many toxic issues facilitated by this particular director. Do not work here, no one deserves that kind of mental strain.
