Pros
-the patients who regularly came in for allergy injections were lovely and I genuinely miss some of them -most of the providers were great to work with
Cons
-the CEO when I worked there (Melissa) was a disrespectful micromanager who didn’t understand clinical standards and only cared about money. She wasn’t satisfied when we didn’t have enough people with allergies. Sorry 3 people in one day didn’t have allergies! -required to travel to multiple other locations (some locations 1-2 hours away with traffic OTP) when they were short staffed with no gas $ compensation -we were told in a company-wide meeting not to be friends with coworkers since it could lead to insubordination (yeah who cares about team building in a clinic that requires team work..), but it was clearly more about them not wanting us to discuss the sketchy things management did (crazy rule and not followed by many)
