Pros
As many have stated they have a generous PTO package they offer you at the beginning of your employment. the standard 40hr schedule they present you is great as well, 5hrs on friday and youre out. You will slowly build your CAD skills there, youll learn shortcuts and ways to maximize your productivity(you honestly have no choice to do this as the work pace at times is unrealistic). You will be introduced to various aspects of the civil design industry which down the road will be beneficial.
Cons
You will at some point be working to the point that, yea youre working 50+hrs a week and making decent money but at the end of the day its not worth it. The hardwork does not pay off here, you'll expect more than they give. You will think that you should get a promotion due to your work ethic, reliability, comprehension of work but you wont- unless you are close with upper management/social. Be prepared to small jumps in pay, it becomes discouraging after awhile because youre busting your butt hoping for a sizable bump and youre lucky to get 3%. No bonus structure to my knowledge, their compensation for hardwork is food related- luncheons, socials, etc..
