1. No Project Plan 2. Project management is really very very poor. Today u do a thing , Tomorrow they will ask to remove it . 3. Things are done for the time being basis. After few days, you would be responsible if some thing went wrong. 4. Very poor Internet connectivity. No one is present to handle it if internet goes down. 5. No control on network activities. People watch online movie and download movie. It is the main reason of delay in work. 6. VERY VERY Poor Infrastructure. No Window for passing air . Once u enter inside, u will be completely disconnected. It feels like u are in a cage. Air conditioning was poor . 7. No flexible timings. If u are coming on time daily and on a single day if u are late due to traffic , You will be marked as LATE. No mercy. 8. Seniors are not good. They are here since a long time that's why they do not care any thing for a new employee . 9. Located in factory industrial area. 10. There are many more points.
