Something new every day, great team to work with, and the vibe is cool. Being in the Field we don't get to be as part of the office team as much, but our team is great.

Nothing bad to say, keep it up!

The beginning was a bit of a rough start because I wasn't familiar with the industry or systems. Alex (CEO) is tough but fair. He isn't afraid to admit when he's in the wrong and is constantly pushing me out of my comfort zone and making me realize that I'm capable of things that I never knew I was. Despite the bumpy start, Javier and Mateo (other two managers) really took me under their wing and took time away from their day to day to help me feel comfortable and giving more training in the areas necessary. I've worked in a lot of bad places with higher up's that wont even give you the time of day, its definitely NOT the vibe that I get here, they want their employees to strive as well as their company.
