      I joined EPAM in 2023 as a Solution Architect, and it’s been a really positive experience. I’ve had the chance to work on interesting projects across different industries and explore a wide range of technologies like Java, AWS, Angular, Python, and Kubernetes. EPAM’s focus on AI, including the training they provide, has helped me apply it in real projects and deliver real value to clients.

      Cons

      The work can be fast-paced with tight deadlines at times, but it’s always exciting and a great opportunity to keep learning and growing.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
