      - Too much bureaucracy and complicated approval processes - Career progression is too slow due to the systemic processes - Predominantly Russian-speaking - You have to apply for projects within the company, and if the client chooses someone over you, you're most likely out

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
