Pros

For those seeking relocation opportunities - at least used to be a good choice. For those on early stages in career - opportunity to be assigned to big client and grow For those who ready to explore - pretty flexible in arranging transfers within US and between industries / practices. Pretty mild bench management policies.

Cons

Not all accounts are equal, obviously. But assignment will be influenced more by current location rather than skill set or aspirations. After certain point, very limited opportunities to grow - move to the same position or similar position in another account likely.

Pros

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
