No Pros in this company.

Cons

No proper management. They do not stick to the plans they make for freshers or experienced especially. No growth for employees who dont do butter polish with managers or Team Leads. As of now there are no projects in India and also will not come . They may fire anyone to save their chair first. Horrible HR's are there and no one is cooperating with employees. Also they dont the some policies of compnay only. Some Managers are there who have taken an oath to not to listen anyone. They Promise so much but at the end they will change the policy according to the condition. Trust-less company. Politicians should get the training from epam india . Because one thing is good here about playing politics. No Ethics is here.

Pros

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
