Pros
- Lots of project to pick - Clear path of getting promotion or raise - Cool systems inside - Even though it was office in Poland you could get this USA Corporation feel - Lots of things to do outside your project
Cons
- You can sit long time on a bench without any project and it can get boring - Not always clear on what project and for which client you will be working - Not all project are great, most of them are boring with old technologies - If you dont have project for long time its hard to get raise/promotion
