Pros

Solid pay and good bonuses. Fail fast attitude and good work from home options.

Cons

Our benefits changed to Cigna right around when we started doing work for Cigna and the they have gotten bad and expensive. There is no work life balance. If there's a meeting at 8:00 the next morning and it's 4:00 in the afternoon, people assume you're going to work all night to get it done, however many nights in a row. It's always crisis mode - account managers run their kingdoms and treat the teams like their worker bees. Sexism runs rampant, with the tone starting from the top. Few career paths and no focus on people other than getting them "utilized."

Pros

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
