Learning on technical skills, leadership and other non IT skills. Promotions are depends only with each individual assessments and performance, no short cuts. Lot of free learning courses available which will help each employees to elevate their position. Official events are conducted to participant as a mentor to coach people or participants to get trained from the mentor. Best remuneration benefits for the right employees. Visa and relocation support. HR/Management people are very responsible and they will provide required information on time and very transparent. Referral bonus.

Pros

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
