      I have been working for EPAM from last 3 months. You will see a real engineering culture here. Nice culture ,Great leaning opportunities Management and colleagues is very supportive and always encourages the talent. No work place politics at all. Nice medical insurance policy EPAM is the best place to work if you are passionate about learning, contribution and growth.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
