      Pros

      Many offices around the globe mean relocation ways if you want to try yourself in another country. The transparent strategy of the company and many growth opportunities if you need them but no one will push you if you don't.

      Cons

      Berlin office has its own "German" specific management. You may face that your contract will not be renewed without visible reasons and explanations.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
