      High salaries, no USD, sometimes very strict - Salesforce Developer SR EPAM Systems Employee Review

      Pros

      Hight salaries, good benefits. You work 100% remotely and when a project ends, there is the bench so you could have some 'vacations' time. Local holiday are respected and they don't require employees to work those days (I'm from Colombia, LATAM)

      Cons

      Sometimes they are very strict, after you enter 2 minutes later to the daily meeting or so, you will get a meeting with HR about why that happened (it depends on the project). Code reviews are very strict if you work with Ukranian, Bielorrussian or other workmates from that area. Is a good experience but is also challenging, Additionally, no USD payment available.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
