      Me encanta pero me pone triste - Junior Software Engineer EPAM Systems Employee Review

      Pros

      La empresa es chulísima, el ambiente es en general muy bueno. En año y medio que llevo aquí, aproximadamente el 90% de caras han sido amables. Seguro privado, continua formación, charlas, e inclusividad en mayúsculas. Vas participando en diferentes proyectos, lo cual también te permite no aburrirte ni caer en una rutina tediosa. El teletrabajo 100% es lo mejor que tienen. El seguro privado es bastante completo. Espero poder quedarme muchos años.

      Cons

      No tengo claro cómo se pide un aumento porque no hay revisiones anuales pactadas (que sería lo suyo) ¿Cuándo se pasa de junior a mid level, y cuándo se pasa de mid level a senior? El plan de carrera no está establecido. Al final estás trabajando en proyectos para clientes, siendo desarrollador, cobrando menos que la mayoría de juniors con mi perfil en otras empresas. Me daría igual la subida de categoría, pero la revisión anual que se ajuste a la inflación y el IPC... debería ser un mínimo para una empresa como EPAM.

      Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.

      Pros

      You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

      Cons

      Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
