- Salary is not raised until you prove it is below the market or saying you are leaving the company
- Managment processes are poor compared to other locations of this company with way more employees. It seems all decisions are approved only by the director of Prague office. So for my salary raise (I was proving that it was way lower than market) it was discussed firstly with 2 managers, 1 HR and then with the office director, each time it was 1-1, saying the same things but to different people, and it took 4 months for the decision to be made. For the company with 400+ employees I think it is unacceptable. In other locations the decision is made by the direct HR manger.
- Poorly established processes of finding projects: I was "on the bench" for 2 months and then moved to internal project because there were no projects for me. I guess it is because initially when the office was opened, all the projects were just for one big customer.
- Impossible to choose between projects compared to other locations.
- Company offers relocation but almost always offers the salary lower than average on the market and possibility to change the employer after some years (depends on the location).
