      Cons

      During an interview for another position, I requested 1.5x my current salary, and the interviewer mentioned they could offer even more for the same seniority level. Additionally, I did not receive a raise last year.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
