Last-minute changes but to be expected with the job

Pros were that higher management staff were friendly - Andy (CEO) was very friendly and approachable if you needed him.

If you go off sick due to mental health they will get rid of you rather than be bothered to deal with it (even if the reason you went off sick was due to your manager). Expected to do long hours over your contracted hours without additional pay as it is such a small company but so much work to do.
