"Hire to Fire" type Company - Anonymous employee EPIC Primary Care Employee Review

They only care about money, not patient care or their employees. They fire staff without notice, only to re-hire them a few months later (sometimes, multiple times with the same individuals). I witnessed plenty of staff get demoted & fired, and then re-hired a few months later. Absolutely no structure. Trying to build a business on a rocky foundation. Management never gives words of affirmation, only tells employees everything they are doing "wrong" or things that could be done better. Unrealistic expectations.
