Nightmare - Project Manager/Implementation Consultant EPIC Systems (Egypt) Employee Review

I was treated terribly. Implementation is a hard job anyway, but I got a heavy application, advanced analysts (on the customer side) with advanced questions, and a clipped training period. It was impossible to succeed. Most implementers have more of a chance to succeed, but it's still grueling. Think of your hardest semester of college, stretched out continually. Epic also does not provide much of a career path for implementers, unless you want to jump around managing projects forever, or you get very good and can get picked up by a hospital.
