I've been at EPM for a rather long time and seen through the ownership changes of PE and an MBO that the people are always at the heart of what we do. There has always been a family feel to this company and yes it does get busy at peak times (particularly in April and September) but everyone pulls together and supports each other through the challenges. The leadership team provide updates monthly to the entire company to keep them informed of what is going on, they have great company values and always want to develop their teams and promote internally when a vacancy arises. I can honestly say I genuinely enjoy coming to work, my review headline says it all.
Cons
Parking - can be a bit mad at times, especially midweek when most colleagues are in. There is a flexible hybrid working pattern so some days are quieter than others.

It's a big company but EPM does a great job of making you feel apart of the team and your voice is heard. From a Culture stand point - I believe EPM is unmatched. I wake up each day with a purpose and I get excited to work with our clients. From a client perspective - I think our origination process is also unmatched. From the efficiency, the communication and coordination aspect - our team is UNMATCHED.
Cons
Being a large company, we have to protect the longevity of the company. So our rates may not be the most aggressive and best price in town. I list this under cons because I have to put something. I am a believer in we do not sell rates, we sell opportunity. EPM has given me the resources to become CMA certified, so I am in a better position to educate buyers.
