Pros

Promote within better than most. I called them a mini Trammell Crow. They even have senior management from Crow. Which is a good thing.

Cons

They make big moves. Could be out of a job without notice.

Pros

Very rewarding experience. Was voted "Manager of the Year". Managed several (3) different properties.

Cons

Leadership changed for the worst. If you "play along", you'll go far and infractions will be overlooked.
