Owner is inflammatory, abrasive...awful. Owner impatient and ignorant to tasks involved with NIST, ISO and DoD compliance, expects engineers to sprinkle pixie dust to satisfy complex compliance requirements, lack of confidence in her team, lives on fear culture... Company is at risk of losing contracts in Defense space due to major struggles with CMMC L2 compliance.
