      Pros

      The perks are nice. Good health benefits. 9/80 schedule is great, but I am not sold on that being a work-life balance. Co-workers are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Some of the management does not know how to keep or acquire / reacquire good talent. They take too long to fill posted positions and are interview heavy.

      Pros

      I love the daily tasks I have to complete. I really like the works schedule it allows me plenty of time to do my job and still spend time with my family. This is the best company I have worked for. I left antero resources to come here and I don’t regret it at all. I never have to work about work clothes we have a generous amount of money we are able to spend for clothing and boots. It’s all a round a great place to work I even got another former antero employee to come join the EQT crew!

      Don’t really have anything I can complain about.
