      Pros

      Old school lack of resposibility means that you can hide in a corner, punch in at 8 and punch out at 4. If you like that sort of thing. If you want more from your job, keep looking.

      Cons

      Not the greatest place. Surely there are worse places one could work. But if you are looking for rapid growth in a thought leader, you are looking in the wrong place. Great if you want to hide in a corner, bad if you want to enact change and make things better.

      Pros

      I love the daily tasks I have to complete. I really like the works schedule it allows me plenty of time to do my job and still spend time with my family. This is the best company I have worked for. I left antero resources to come here and I don’t regret it at all. I never have to work about work clothes we have a generous amount of money we are able to spend for clothing and boots. It’s all a round a great place to work I even got another former antero employee to come join the EQT crew!

      Don’t really have anything I can complain about.
