Cons
The CEO is performing well and providing strong leadership for the company. However, there are some AVPs and managers engage in gossip about CEO and other HODs. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Managers are expected to model integrity and maturity — not contribute to negativity and internal politics. There are also clear weaknesses in management capability. Communication is often unclear or inconsistent. Expectations are not always defined properly, which leads to confusion within teams. Some managers avoid difficult conversations and hesitate to address poor performance. Decision-making is slow, and in some cases, there is a lack of confidence and ownership.
