Benefit package is good. Flexible work environment. Great cast who care about the work that we do.
Cons
Ever changing leadership leads to distrust and uncertainty. For years, we are continually fed the "Future is so bright" message, yet the real work coming in the door continues to fall short of expectations. Not meeting profit goals means MANY, MANY years of no bonuses. Empty promises of "next year" continue.
