+Excellent entry level job opportunities for students straight out of college. +Gain fundamental technical knowledge on RF technology and basic computing. +Learn the basics on networking and general workings of an ISP environment. +Friendly workers and regional managers.

Cons

-Minimal chances of advancement within the company. -Pay wage is far below industry standard for Help Desk even if employed over 2 years. (bottom 5%) -Elitist corporate attitude. -Poor performance within the stock market has caused a permanent wage freeze for all employees. -Lack of strategic funding has caused most of the networks to have frequent ongoing problems; causing a very high work load for Technical Support and Field Services. -Impossible to afford Health Benefits. Most if not all employees currently at ERF Wireless are left uninsured.

Pros

Never in the same place. Day goes by quickly. Decent pay. Decent co-workers. Decent benefits.

Cons

Poor upper management. Quality of product being delivered was bad in most areas. Hours are long. Daily routes were long and inefficiently planned by dispatch. No room for advancement. Long list of installs needing to be done and no equipment on the shelf.
