-Minimal chances of advancement within the company. -Pay wage is far below industry standard for Help Desk even if employed over 2 years. (bottom 5%) -Elitist corporate attitude. -Poor performance within the stock market has caused a permanent wage freeze for all employees. -Lack of strategic funding has caused most of the networks to have frequent ongoing problems; causing a very high work load for Technical Support and Field Services. -Impossible to afford Health Benefits. Most if not all employees currently at ERF Wireless are left uninsured.
