Pros
Team: The team is absolutely awesome. It's not a "tech bro-y place to work. People came from all walks of life before ERIN and they are knowledgeable about their roles, product, and are always willing to help. We have fun together as a team and focus on getting things done. Product: Easy to use and simple to understand. It does what is advertised (reducing the time to fill and increasing employee referrals). Growth potential: Huge potential for career growth and to make money.
Cons
Not really a con it's just the nature of building anything. This is a startup and we are building the ship as we are sailing it. We don't have all of our processes and systems optimized so I spend a lot of time trying to figure things out. Again not really a huge con but since I had to name something this is it.
