Good company, lack of work - Senior Associate Consultant ERM Employee Review

Was hired on during a time of no work for some reason so little to no work for me to do. Felt like they do not have a great system for setting up new employees with work, lower level employees have to "find" work if their direct manager has no work for them. However, the other managers generally have people under them so they get their work. I got unlucky, felt I did everything I could.
