Pros
The projects/work ERM brings in can be very interesting and rewarding. Most positions are also optionally remote and offer a lot of flexibility with travel.
Cons
ERM is very corporate and has a stiff structure with low flexibility. Hitting your metrics is key and can often interfere with client-specific work. Communication from executive leadership is also poor.
