Pros
Clear processes, systems, structures to a degree. Clear systems to protect employees that I was able to witness that worked, such as when someone was bullied by a coworker.
Cons
Far too bureaucratic. Also works under the venture capitalist style, so expect cyclical ups and downs. Too many cooks in the kitchen. Money is not as good as it could be.
