Pros
Managers and colleagues are generally very nice. Company culture is good and work standards are high. Pay is competitive and seems to be fair. Many opportunities to expand your knowledge and occasionally work on interesting projects.
Cons
Work load can be heavy when many projects come in at once. Frequent travel can also be tiring or a burden especially with family. ERM is probably not at the leading edge of sustainability consulting.
