Go Somewhere Else - Consultant ERM Employee Review

There are a lot of expectations, but little explanation of how to accomplish those expectations. For instance, a deliverable needs to be reviewed, but how that is supposed to happen is not explained and ends up being haphazard if done at all. A lot of critical information is not given to employees up front such as goals and expectations. Performance reviews are hit and miss if you get one at all. This is the only employer I have had that actually answered my questions dishonestly. There was no reason for the dishonesty so why not be truthful?
