      Autonomy, interesting projects, global perspective, flexible working options. Good training programs, leadership opportunities and growth potential are present. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Overloaded frequently. Work load leveling is poor. They have high turn over rates. Pay scale is low for the Bay Area.

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
