      Great pool of global talent. Strong brand recognition and credibility in the market place. Excellent HSE culture. Fantastic collaboration opportunities.

      Cons

      Lack of visible regional leadership support and transparency. Tough balance of sales and delivery using the seller doer model in very competitive markets make career progression challenging.

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
