      Pros

      People are great at ERM and I really like the fact that we put people's safety first. The company has been on a journey of change to innovate our service offerings and also the way we deliver projects in some areas. There are different career development routes and interesting/challenging projects to work on.

      Cons

      It would seem that the company can improve on training initiatives.

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
