      Great exposure, collogues with strong technical knowledge, and ERM gives the opportunity to work on projects from different sectors in different geographic locations. Strong Health & Safety Culture.

      Cons

      Work Life Balance gets affected. Salary Not Satisfactory compared to Work Load. Reduced benefits.

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
