      The recruitment process was well designed (by professionals who are no longer there) Ability to work remotely (even pre pandemic)

      Cons

      Terrible leadership Low pay Terrible benefits They hire family and friends. You may hear, such and such was hired or promoted because they are someone’s relative or friend.

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
