      Pros

      Learn a lot, variety of interesting/challenging projects, company looks out for employees. Pay is fitting for environmental consulting industry.

      Cons

      Speak up or get stuck with the projects that nobody wants. It is on you to articulate what you want to do in your career. If you don't, you will constantly be filling in jobs that others pass up.

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
