Nice people - Consultant Level II ERM Employee Review

Low pay for consultant level, have to jump through hoops to get promotion, set pointless tasks for promotion rather than being judged on performance and experience relative to peers, not prepared to do that so left. Project work is a bit limited relative to working for a large engineering company, given is a solely environmental consultancy. A bit too money orientated, be careful if you are a client!
