Pros
Overall great employers who take things like diversity and health and safety really seriously. Coworkers are all genuinely very interesting and driven people. Workload is really diverse and there are a lot of optional trainings etc to expand your skills and development.
Cons
The pay - at least at entry-level - is not very impressive and seems to be much less than what my peers in similar positions appear to be making in my city.
