Pros

Since Starting at ERM, it has been a 150% joyful ride as the company is going through a business growth acceleration and this brings a lot of excitement for many employees, our workforce is growing steadily and this bring some freshness and new ideas through all departments. As we are a consulting company, some working days can be intense but it is a constant reward as every project and achievement is a step forward to balance the environment and social matters, everybody has a great sense of mission and that is why people generally join ERM. Our growing APAC and Global HR team is also implementing new advantages like the wellness days which is up to 4 extra annual leaves per year, this shows the company direction in terms of keeping an eye on work-life balance and take care of our consultants. We also keep a hybrid system for remote work which works quite well so far, people still keep well in touch and there is a good feeling of camaraderie, ERM managed to keep its identity and not being exclusively money/business oriented which makes us different from other consulting competitors. It is with pride I work at ERM as I finally found a company where I can use my full professional acumen for values and a goal I share in my private life.

Cons

As any company with a fast acceleration, it means some projects or adjustments can be a "work in progress" especially with new members joining every month, it requires some flexibility and adaptation for the 1st 6 months but if we look at the long-term picture, new operational systems and processes are coming to life gradually, it takes a bit of time.

Cool projects. Diversity of work

Cons

Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
