Unless you join as a consultant don’t waste your time - Project Coordinator ERM Employee Review

No career development unless you are a consultant. Found myself in a dead end position with a Line Manager who discouraged any attempts at career growth on my part as it would inconvenience her. Oh and are soo many naughty lists!!! You have to submit your timesheet on Thursday and guess about what you will do on Thursday and Friday so they can run a report which is never accurate because everyone half fills it out so the don’t get on the naughty list same for the Monday forecast sheet where you have to forecast what you will be doing a month from now or on the naughty list you go. They will talk about caring for their employees but what they mean is just the consultants the rest need to shut up and just do the work.
