Pros
Great company in terms of connecting with co-workers across the nation, simplifying work that spans across the country and internationally. Great connections with other ERM'ers through a variety of communication tools.
Cons
Slow vertical movement. Value time put into the company over quality of work and effort put into the job. Mediocre pay, bonuses, and time off. From my experience, poor quality of annual reviews. Manager looked at them as more of something to check off the list versus promoting their employee's career path. Virtually zero training time as to what job duties and responsibilities are.
